Path 4 – Project-Based Learning (PBL) is another important component of The Academy Way model. We believe engaging our kids in PBL at our school is a more authentic way to learn about real-life. We believe the skills they acquire while working and presenting their projects are invaluable life-skills that can benefit all successful adults. Our students’ imaginations are stretched as they compete with themselves and each other to create and present projects. We challenge students to express their innate creativity and interests in their projects.

The Academy Way is . . .
Every child enters their school journey at different points. They each have different experiences, resources and teachings that they bring with them. Our school recognizes and embraces this.
Everything our students learn at The Academy Way is applicable to real-life. We follow state learning standards and focus on information and skills that can apply to real-life situations.
We believe keeping kids engaged in learning every month throughout a calendar year is necessary for their long-term success.
The Academy Way Network of Schools is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in education and employment.
